Jenny Boyce founded Vertigo in 2007 after 20 years in book publishing in roles including publicity, sales and marketing. She was PR Manager at Verso when that company won the Sunday Times Small Publisher of the Year Award, and Sales and Marketing Director at Serpent’s Tail when Lionel Shriver’s We Need to Talk About Kevin became a smash hit. Since founding Vertigo she has headed up the international translation rights business at Titan Books, securing licensing and translation deals around the world for major licensed entertainment properties.

Apart from publishing, Jenny is interested in business communications, management, decision-making processes and conflict resolution and is a qualified Civil and Commercial Mediator, helping companies with internal and external disputes both before and after the lawyers get involved.
